RSWebParts.cab won't install on 64-bit server

explains how to install Report servicess WebPart for Sharepoint.
I write reports to be posted on sharepoint - using SQL Reportig Services.
However I am getting command line error when executing properly stsadm.exe.
I tried hundreds of times checking the syntax and it's 100% correct
so why there's an error. The server OS is 64-bit Windows Storage Server
I am using MS SQL Business Inteligence Dev Studio for SQL 2005.
